I had a very good experience, buying a new bed in their post-Christmas sale. I came across informed staff who didn't pressure me and got a great saving to boot. Would definitely recommend dropping in and having a look/lie around.

We went to this shop last 21 of Dec to look for a bed and mattress. At that time, from their mouth they are already promoting prices for boxing day sale. There was this mattress with a price of 1700, and no further discount as it is their best mattress in store also because they are running low of stock and it will not last long accordingly. As many people are coming back to buy that kind of mattress. Very good sales talk indeed, which made us to go back after few days of contemplating to finally buy the bed frame and the mattress. We thought we had a good buy. However, just after more than a week we went back to their shop to look for some bed for our spare room. And we were shock to found out that the same Mattress that we bought for 1,700 was already on half price on that day. We were so disappointed, feeling low moral for that 800 price gap and as we tried to talk to the manager (same person) if we can get also discount on the mattress that we bought because its just a week only and we still have the receipt. But, she just said that she cant do anything about it. Instead, she is trying to sell to us again another set of bed and mattress with a so called “good deal” to make it up. According to her they do not have return and exchange policy . Not even a warranty.. So frustrating and disappointing, never again to go back to that shop.

Not much in the way of customer service. Spent 3k free setup of bed. Was delivered and told setup is 85. Called and they said they will come and setup, just a mistake. That was 6 weeks ago. November 2017. Let's see if they turn up.
