I attended a workshop held by Dan Ford - it was excellent. An in-depth review of the consequences of poor sleep and how this can be mitigated, with practical advice that is hugely important and relevant, particularly in the context of shift work. I would highly recommend!

Dan's help has been amazing and has seriously changed my health around sleep and pretty much my whole life. I got what I expected AND more. The support Dan provides is perfect for anyone going through issues around their sleep. It is practical from day one and if you take his advice you can bet that it will work. My problem was so acute that I couldn't travel to work - I am now back to normal after a couple of weeks. The program he designed for me was very personalized as he spends time listening to everything that you're going through (mental, physical, etc...) as well as educating you. I am now more than confident around sleep and have offered advise from everything that Dan has taught me, to my friends and family. I cannot recommend Dan and his program enough. Thank you so much

If you had told me 1 year ago that I would be sleeping normally I would not have believed you. However with Dans help at The Better Sleep Clinic I can now successfully sleep a full 8 hours. Dan was there the whole time with support and encouragement. Overall it was definitely worth the time and effort it takes to get my sleeping back on track.

Dan is a fantastic therapist. Started seeing him a few months ago after struggling with getting to sleep and waking up in the morning for 10 years. After trying insomnia treatment for a few sessions, Dan realised it wasn’t working and figured out that I have a different sleep disorder (delayed sleep phase syndrome). He made a treatment plan and it actually worked!!! I fall asleep earlier now and wake up earlier, and when I get off track I have the tools to get back on track fast. Whether I’d get to sleep on time or wake up on time was always near the top of my worries list and now it’s barely a concern. Thank you so much Dan, you really have changed my life.

I struggled with insomnia for 13 years. Some nights, I wouldn’t sleep at all. I always knew where my sleeping pills were. I tried sleep supplements, acupuncture, aromatherapy, neurolinguistic programming, and balancing my gut flora and hormones with an integrative doctor. Nothing had lasting effects. The sleep issues were causing significant issues with my home life and limiting my career. I started working with Dan virtually from my home and was pleasantly surprised at how rapidly I saw improvements. Over the course of just a couple of weeks, I was reliably and consistently sleeping each night! The process was very practical and personalised. While it was hard at times, Dan was very reassuring and would educate me on what to expect at each stage. He gave me strategies for dealing with specific situations, such as being on-call overnight. We also explored deeper issues that were contributing. Through this education, his reassurance and my self discovery made while going through this programme, I became much more confident about my sleep. During our last session, we worked out a personalised plan to prevent the insomnia from returning. This has been a life changer for me. I sleep much better and I don’t worry about not getting enough sleep. Relationships have improved as I am no longer sleep deprived and irritable. I have increased my work hours and am confidently adding in overnight on-call. I have more disposable income as I am not spending money on things that might help me sleep. I highly recommend Dan Ford at the Better Sleep Clinic, but I suggest you don’t wait as long as I did to get help! Thanks Dan!

The biggest thing I got out of Dan’s appointments were his laid-back, positive approach that always reassured me that my issues were never as big as I thought they were. My symptoms started to disappear within a month and it made me realise it’s all about mindset. Great person and great help.
