A dear friend was Celebrating a 'Special Birthday' so I wanted to surprise & spoil her with a bunch of blooms that were next level beautiful. My favourite florist The Botanist had moved from the City Works Depot to Westfield Newmarket so I made my way there and spoke with Gracie. The brief was something sumptuous and show stopping beautiful. Whimsical pinks, reds and soft greys. Gracie totally nailed it and The Botanist firmly remains my go-to option for any occasion.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother's birthday, who I couldn't be with because of the U.K/N.Z Covid travel restrictions. I bought the 'Florists Choice' option and sent some instructions. Lani was so kind and created a bouquet that really captured my mother's style and vintage aesthetic. Unasked, she sent me photos so I could see her creation too, Lani was just so thoughtful. My mother loved it and couldn't get over, without seeing her, how Lani made something that suited her so much! Recommend, especially if you are buying from abroad and want to be sure of quality.

I ordered a large bouquet to have delivered to my mother-in-law for her birthday as my husband and I couldn’t be in NZ to celebrate with her due to COVID. Diana was prompt with her email response and was very helpful. I received flowers from this place several times, the last 2 times the flowers didn't last long at all, 4 to 5 days only. I let them know and they asked for a picture of the flowers received which I sent to them, my friend had sent me the flowers so I had taken a picture of them on the day they arrived. They didn't respond. I chased up and they said the flowers looked fine to them, the roses looking a bit tired but to be expected after 4 days! The picture I sent to them was of the flowers the day they arrrived!! I told them this, that I was very unhappy with their service - no reply! Very very poor customer service, would not recommend at all. I received lots of flowers that week because my father passed away, all other flowers lasted over 10 days or more. I recommend you use them : Florienne, Takapuna. Pretty Posies, Birkdale. WildPoppies.
