We had a chocolate cake from here for a friends birthday. The cake was really rich and tasty. It was simply decorated but it was still nice.

I cannot recommend The Chocolate Cake Company enough! I requested a gender reveal cake and gave Murray some ideas that I liked and he completed exceeded my expectations! The cake was chocolate mud with butter cream filling and it was the most delicious cake I have ever tried! Usually when you go to a party there is ALWAYS too much cake left over, this time there was none and people were asking for more! Will definitely be coming back for all my cakes.

We were expecting a super moist, soft mud cake. It was firm and only just moist enough to be eaten on the first day. The presentation was very good. Thank you for your willingness to replace the cake. It was much more moist this time.

My boyfriend surprised me with Chocolate Mud cake for my birthday with candles from this cake company. The writing on the cake was horrendous and the cake tasted stale and dry. My birthday surprise party was ruined. Nobody ate the cake! The candles were horrible and didn't even light as the wick was missing. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!! I would ask the customer service to call me or contact me on my email to give me refund and an apology!!!!

Disapointed!. I dont know what happened as we have used them a few times over the years & they used to be yummy. The icing was the only moist part. The actual cake was dry & tasted funny. I had to apologize to my daughter for her cake. Waste of money!

I ordered a cake from Auckland to be delivered in Wellington for my sister's birthday. By mistake my friend put the wrong address and got delivery at my her place in Auckland. But the friendly and helpful staff of Auckland helped me to get it delivered in Wellington on the same day on a very short notice. Highly recommended !
