Got the offer of 200 for my used laptop two months ago (since Feb 2021) and the payment has not been made by The Core yet. I've been waiting for their payment for months, I've called the technician and all they can do is just telling me to wait indefinitely. Gotta take my laptop back and just resell it privately. This place is merely a scam.

These guys checked my phone today and fixed a simple problem without charging me. That is the sign of an honest enterprise and it makes me think that if I ever need some equipment fixed this is the place to go.

The Core fixed my logic board and battery within a week and did an amazing job. They contacted me whenever anything needed my permisssion and were very professional. They even cleaned my computer for free as an additional extra which was great! The Analysis was done very fast too and I will definetly be coming back here (if I need to) and suggesting this place to others :) Thanks The Core!

First time I’ve had to post a bad review, I took my work laptop in and was told they could fix the issue in 10 days which seemed like a long time at the time but I had no other choice, by the second week with no results and having no work laptop then getting told they need more time and it’s not the issue they thought it was makes me feel they didn’t know the actual issue in the first place. After picking my laptop up today and getting to my car, I noticed the battery wasn’t even connected back properly and had to go back to the store to resolve this which could of been another 30min trip back to the store from where I live if I didn’t notice then. Stay away!

The help and knowledge the team have at Core is exceptional. No problem that I have had with my iphone or apple mac has been too small or too hard for them to fix. Located just outside the CBD, with free parking off Newton Road I recommend using their expertise to fix any apple product.

I have just received my computer back from the core after having to take it in to them 3 x times to complete the repair. I understand the type of repair can be complicated but that doesn't excuse the extremely poor customer service at all stages. Unfortunately it wasn't just one member of the team either. I had to contact the store every time I was after an update as no one ever contacted me or called back when they promised that they would. This included both the every day team and the manager of the store. Would not recommend.
