It has become near impossible to get an appointment at this practice. No appointments for the last 2 weeks when I have phoned and the next available is 11 days away. There is no other option than to change practices which is devastating.

THE BEST DOCTOR is at Golf Road - Dr. Ona Blanks! Today, four generations of my family are being looked after by this awesome angel. I have no words to describe the strong empathy Dr. Ona has towards her patients be it the oldest in the family, my 86 years old mother or the youngest, my almost three years old granddaughter - truly, an amazing Doctor who never plays around with the wellbeing of her patients - listens, understands and then treats your diagnosis with amazing results.

Clean tidy and pleasant waiting and reception area. The rooms are pleasant also. As with all Dr's rooms appointment times are rarely kept to. This venue does have walk in, non appointment options. Overall a pleasant experience.

This is a much quieter less crowded extension of The Doctors New Lynn. I believe it provides a very good service to its clients with very skilled Drs and Nursing Staff who are allways helpful and pleasant.

I've previously had good experiences at The Doctor's. This time they couldn't find my appointment even though I called to book it a couple days ago. The receptionists also did not make any effort to get me in at the time I had confirmed with them, or even to see the prescriptive nurse who was present in the clinic but not seeing patients. I was very disappointed by the lack of response to their own mistake, and hope they do better in the future.

Dr Ona Blanks is by far the beat doctor I have ever had. Compassionate, thorough and really listens. Word has spread fast though so usually have to book in a week previous to see her.
