I never have a good experience here. Constant muck arounds, mistakes, getting prescriptions wrong and price hikes. I once had an appointment at midday, left work very early, arrived and was told that my appointment was canceled but they forgot to let me know. Which cost me time and money. Very poor customer care.

Reception has always been lovely. I try to see Dr Figols when I can because she's fantastic! I've had some less ideal experiences with some of the other doctors, but overall I'm very happy with Doctors New Lynn )

Biggest waste of time ever booking a apointment Spent 25min on ph giving out details ect get a appointment leave work early pull kids out of daycare tomake appointment get there to find that the lady i spoke to didnt do her job properly and put my details in and told ill have to wait a 2 to 4 hrs to see a doctor SORT YOUR PRACTICE OUT TERRIBLE SERVICE

A old Sri Lanka Doctor drive me crazy. I wish he has paid more attention to my physical condition, But he was questing about my English. He was wandering how could Samsung offer me a job. He is Judge a book by its cover. This doctor will create more issue if you use this smart old man.

This clinic is extremely busy, and sometimes it takes 3 days before you can get an appointment with your usual doctor. If it's an emergency, then rather go to the emergency room. I have been treated by Dr. Cheong several times and have been impressed by him, reception, and the nurses. They have always delivered top notch service. Under Dr Cheong"s care I have been able to manage my diabetes, and get referrals for neccessary diabetic services such as an endocrinologist and podiatrist. I'm very impressed!

My daughter has the best gp. Dr Satya Shanbhag. Every time she sees him he puts her mind at rest and relaxes her when she can be easily upset. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. His bedside manner is the best
