Be prepared to wait hours, if your not turned away for not being an emergency. To make an appointment be prepared to wait at least a month. I've had to go to three kings and paid the unenrolled price a few times, because I was turned away from here. Staff are lovely, and good service, probably just understaffed?

I am not a registered patient here, but I come here to bring someone who is. Be prepared for the longest wait times (sometimes approaching 2 hours) when you do not have an appointment. Strangely, be prepared for the briefest consultations when you do get to see a doctor. A male nurse scolded me once for sitting in his chair in the cubicle while waiting for my patient friend to get a pre-consultation test done. I did not see any markings on the chair that it was not for public use, nor did he use the chair when I got out of it.

I wasted time and money here. I will never go there again. I cut my finger and it was so sore but the female doctor said "we cannot provide any medicines for it" and my finger got worse and in a week, I saw a young male doctor and he recommended me to buy a painkiller and he saw the result of STD Test and said "You are alright. You won't get any infection." Is he really a doctor? STD tests has nothing to do with my finger. I changed the GP in another clinic and a new GP recommended me to buy an antibiotics and a cream that has antibiotics and my finger was healed in one day.

Have never had a bad experience here customer service wise. However, the wait times do tend to fray your nerves and patience at times. I wish they had more doctors for walk-ins, considering it's a very busy clinic in a densely populated area. My doctor (Dr Oxner) and the nurses have always treated me kindly, solicitously, and with great concern for my issues, and even give me advice about other health issues not necessarily related to the immediate reason of my coming to the clinic.

I know it’s the weekend and there’s a charge but the nurse should of been trained to tell us these things before telling me to come in and see a doctor, not once while talking to her today did she say there was going to be a 60 charge! All she said was to come in and see the doctor I literally just wasted my gas and time to come to this place in all honesty she sounded like she didn’t know what she was doing at all !! I wouldn’t recommend coming here!!!

This is not my normal GP. But I had an emergency on a weekend and the nurses, doctors and general staff are very professional and friendly. Yes one may have to wait but the attention from the medical staff is excellent.

Was Forgotten. But i was glad we were being attended by the manager right after. Was in there for a total of 5hrs. If your patience is thin ice then i guess booking an appointment would be deemed essential as i was a walk in patient due to unexpected illness. Maybe receptionist should also be mindful of the patients if they have been waiting there for more than the expected waiting time.

Very bad attention from one of doctors. He told to me and to my little boy (2 years old) very rude and with bad modals. Maybe because I am foreign person, I don't know. Very bad experience.
