Very disappointing. I had a 12:30pm appointment at the Orewa branch and both the receptionist and the consultant were late and only appeared in the office around 12:45pm. No apologies offered by either of them. I had wax removed from my ears which probably took a whole 5 minutes for 58. No meaningful inter-action with the consultant who gave very general and and unhelpful answers to my questions. Just not professional at all. My hearing was no better afterwards and I would not bother going back there again.
