Jake was very helpful for our problem - called him to restore our shower and he did the job quickly and efficiently. Really pleased with the job. He also helped to diagnose another unrelated issue with out plumbing. This guy knows what he is doing.

Had to get him back twice because of poor workmanship. I still have to put a mat over the tiles because one sticks up above the rest. I asked him why, when he determined that there was a raised area below it he didn't grind it off instead of just putting the tile back, he said he doesn't bother carrying tools round with him. If he'd stopped & told me I could have done it myself in 2 minutes. I ended up finishing the other grouting work myself. Basically he seemed interested in doing the job and getting out the door as fast as possible, and he isn't cheap.
