I’ve never had a facial before and can report that it was incredibly blissful and decadent!! who knew a facial could be so relaxing. Katherine is amazing at her job and instinctively knows how to apply just the right massage pressure in just the right places. The staff are all professional and genuine and make you feel special from the moment you arrive.

Best facial of my life! Came in as a couple, and we did the destress package with massage & customized facial - you will not find better. Tegan addressed all my concerns and my skin looks amazing. The massage was also top knotch. Beautiful space, and kombucha on exit. Had to grab a voucher to treat my mum too. Thanks again, we will be back!

Wow... I’m honestly quite lost for words. I’ve been wanting to come to The Facialist for years and tonight, I finally did. I had very high expectations because of how highly regarded the team are and they absolutely did not disappoint. From the moment I entered the experience felt indulgent and relaxing. Tegan took such incredible care of me and gave me the best facial I’ve ever had in my life! As soon as she started working the pressure points around my eyes it was like an off-switch and I fell asleep. Once it was over there was a lovely glass of kombucha waiting and believe me when I say my skin was GLOWING! A truly magical experience, thank you so much Tegan for making me feel so special.
