What a fantastic experience. Well done Ford. You must make a point to go to this store. It is the first of its kind and well worth the visit. From sales to service, North harbour Ford are a massive disappointment. The sales person who sold me my Ranger was appalling, no service what so ever and the same applies to their service centre. I have subsequently bought my transit from John Andrew Ford (which I know to be the same group) and the customer service there was far superior and am shifting my fleet to Tristram European. I love my ranger but North harbour Ford have put me off ever buying another.
First of all, I am not often place a review and experience on internet when I purchasing a car from dealer. But this time is exceptional as the experience and customer service I received from the dealer and team, especially Alex. He is transparent, easy to deal with and willing to go extra mile to make the deal happen which satisfied my request. Not to mention that he was a good listener. I had purchased number of cars over the years and dealing with number of salespersons and dealer which I learned not to trust and be kind but Alex is difference. He is transparent, easy to deal with and willing to make the deal happen which I am grateful to meet him. If there is 10 star, I will give him 10.
