My favourite spot for a coffee in the area. Great atmosphere and it really does feel like a hideout.

My second visit here and again not disappointed! Got here a little late today so opted for a salami sandwich from the cabinet with a side of kumara fries! Yum! The staff were friendly like how I remembered. I’d highly recommend this place!

Good place good people good food. They have a toilet down stairs and around a corner, but clean and in good order when you get there.

Kokako coffee (including Nitro brew), tasty food (even for the more self conscious customers) and desserts. But what makes it special and gives it a soul is the owner. The Japanese touches make it very cost.

Such a cute little cafe. Loved their figurines and attention to detail for the decor. They were very accommodating when hubby asked for potato instead of kumara fries. And they use metal straws! Good on them!!

Probably the best cold brew coffee I've ever had, really friendly service, and delicious cabinet food (definitely try the banoffie pie). I'll 100% be visiting again.

Really nice coffee from Kokako served in delightful little mugs, friendly service, a nice array of hot sauce, and eggs served on delicious kumara sourdough! Cabinet options seems pretty sound too. This is a hole in the wall cafe that is initially easy to miss but a great destination for cafe goers who want to have a quick breakfast.
