As a loyal client of the Mansor Shop for over 10 years, I have always had great shopping experience when visiting their flagship store on Queen Street, Auckland CBD. Fong’s professionalism and patience when dealing with clients, have left great impression with all of my family and friends who were served by him during their visit to the shop. After the acquisition of Mansor Shop by the international giant The Hour Glass, not only we are getting the same great customer service, we have also felt the service were upgraded to an even greater level, a VIP level of shopping experience. The team at the Mansor Shop are as excellent as usual, and Fong always has great knowledge of his clients’ unique tastes and needs. Both my family and myself are very fortunate to have the new store manager, Sylvia and Fong, helping us find our dream watches. This year has been very challenging for international travel, as well as retail shopping within each country due to covid-19. However The Hour Glass Auckland continues to serve its customers with online shopping and contactless delivery. My family and myself are very grateful to have bought meaningful gifts for each other from the Hour Glass store, formally known as the Mansor Shop. Rang spoke to one of their female sale staff about Cartier and rolex watches, they don’t have any in stock, all model has to be order from oversea and she couldn’t tell me time frame. I only contacted this place because I was Mansors Jeweller’s customer for years. I asked her about the price , she said their policy is not to discuss price over the phone. Female staff was polite but she was over promise. she promised she would find out about stock availability and get back to me ASAP but never hear back from her after a week now. This is it not a good start to engage in a large purchase with them. Not impressed at all.
