After confirming the colour of a kitchen bench top they ended up installing the wrong one, nothing like the sample and top stipulated in the contract. Furthermore damaged my brand new fridge by leaving a dent in it and left a hole in my wall. We have tried to sort this by asking them to fix. But they refuse to come back and fix the issues they left after working in the house. In no way would I recommend them or feel safe to let into any other property I manage. They seem to have to put this in the too hard basket and have discontinued contact.
