The Mangrove Collective is consultancy group in the international humanitarian and development sector, based in Auckland, New Zealand. It was co-founded by Tilly Redstone and Eunchim Choi, who also serve as Co-Directors. Elizabeth Fitton-Higgins also joined as Director in October 2018. We provide a wide range of services for NGOs and community based organisations (both international and local), donor agencies, international and regional organisations: Proposal writing, grant management, programme/project design, business development, partnership brokering, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), research, training, facilitation, strategic planning, operations management, etc. The Mangrove Collective supports the 'Localisation Agenda'​ for the aid sector, and plans to re-invest a portion of its profit into strengthening national/local actors. We would like to support and partner with organisations based in developing countries that may not have access to the technical and financial resources they desire, by providing pro-bono services to these partner organisations on a regular basis.
