I have been a customer for over ten years and I highly recommend the Olympic - it is a very friendly place; you will experience excellent customer service all around. Fitness instructors are superb at their craft and both friendly and encouraging, state of the art gym equipment, well maintained, facilities, as well as sauna, seam room and spa. Whatever your fitness level or your aquatic ability, you will feel comfortable, welcome and inspired at the Olympic Pools.

I love these pools. The spa pool isn't as deep as the Tepid Baths (central) but it's usually a really hot. What the spa pool lacks in depth and decently placed jets is made up for with a really good steam room. I have chronic pain issues and always feel better after a visit. If you have a community services card the entry is cheaper, and I'd recommend getting a pool bouy for swimming. The pool itself is big with lanes dedicated to different needs. There is also a hoist for wheelchair users. Staff are nice and it's always pretty clean.

Pool is a good length (pun), facilities clean, staff helpful and friendly and amazing large steam room. Community card is/was a great deal.

Swimming pool area is terrible. Very dirty. Planty of hairs on the floor, changing area dirty, old. You can see dirt on tiles and it was 10am only..how does it look at 5pm? I called day before nobody told me that you need to bring your own locker.. The girl in reception is cleary not paid enough considering her attitude. Funny is that when I speak with people everybody says the same thing and they seem not surprised about my experience ... And it's shame because this place has a lot of potential. Long pool, amazing jaccuzi..

Amazing pool n gym. Hilton Brown Conducts swimming classes as well. Jacuzzi facilities also available. We have been members for more than 6 years now. 5 stars
