Please stop using this company. I have been let down twice in the past month. Stuff left outside in the elements. No communication. Missing items. Poor tracking. From now on if you are a business using PBT to send me goods. Then you have lost my sale.. This freight company is an embarrassment to all other hard working transport operators.

I wish I could rate them 0 stars, tried to send some acm sheets from auckland to cromwell, they delivered the damaged sheets, pissing the customer off. when i asked them for a claim i was told it was a cash sale and i couldnt apply for a claim or a refund. Requested the claims admin to get the sheets back - was promised to get them back in a day, trying to chase them up but nothing yet. If you are smart enough dont use these thugs, who rip you off.

I don't know what to say.... my parcel arrived at their North Shore branch 6 days ago and i still have not got it. I am literally 10 minutes away from them. Called 6 times, no response.

Failed to repeatedly just to deliver the parcel. Hopelessly woeful system for requesting parcel leave. Truly awful. Let us down massively with pre xmas deliveries. Why not use courier post?

Had three parcels due this week. The first was a day late for apparently no reason. The second - 3 days late so far and the Third - 4 days late could be longer, as I'm still waiting. I'm 10 minutes from the depot. Ridiculous company. I have made official complaints to each company using them as a courier, they need to stop contracting with such a lazy, onprofessional company.

Every time I see something is being sent to me via PBT, I know I’m going to wait a long time! I am actually about 5km from their depot but they consider me rural and then pass my parcels on to others. I virtually wait 2 plus weeks for a delivery all the time passing their courier vans a kilometre from my home. I have rung them and they are not pleasant on the phone. They are the ONLY courier company who considers me rural and interestingly, they used to deliver here no problem. Now just lazy as a long driveway. Useless! Don’t use them!

Terrible service. I do not understand why companies still use their service. Every time I am delivered sth through them I have to wait for at least a week for it to be redelivered. You have to call them to rebook. they say they have an online system for rebooking but it never works and the lady on the phone (always the same person) is so rude and like a parrot, repeating the same words. Such a shame

Has no idea why this company still providing service to the consumer market. This is no delivery service, they just leave your parcel there and ask you to pick it up by yourself every time.
