This ain't cool: some staff being mean to people and the management ain't do nothin' 'bout it. Examples - Shouting at people - Threatening people - Hurting people (like jamming hands at reception desk window) - Speaking rudely to people

Visited this place for the first time recently. What an absolute privilege to be amongst such an amazing group of people, both the Salvation Army crew and the tenants. Sometimes in life, you forget the important stuff - this place reminds you of the important stuff. I’m in total awe of all of the people involved in this amazing place.
