Awesome experience when I was stuck on Saturday morning at 11.50 and the shop closes at 12pm. The manager Sharnil waited for me till 12.30 to ensure I got the parts I needed. Real life saver. Highly recommend.

Went there to change a rear door handle for my small fully enclosed trailer. Got a quote like 150 gst. I thought it was too pricey but I needed the job done. Just for curiosity I asked AA a quote for the same job and they come back to me with 80. When I picked up the trailer I paid 155 gst. Nothing to say about the quality of the job but I felt robbed.

Great job on my boat trailer. They sorted two items so I could get a WOF and suggested some extra things be done to future proof the trailer. Ended up a bigger job than anticipated but it was good advice and I'm glad I took it. The price was fair for the work done too, what more can you ask for?

2018 tandem boat trailer had nothing but trouble with it since new. Trailer brakes were rubbish Now the lights are starting to get water in them and corrode. Very disappointed with the trailer

Needed to replace the bearings on my boat trailer. They were really helpful and went out of there way to ensure I got the right bearings and that I had all the info I needed to complete the job successfully. I would highly recommend this company.

We used The Trailer Shop Glen Eden to replace the jockey wheel on our 1984 Caravan. Andy was super awesome to deal with, we were fairly picky with how we wanted it replaced, and where we wanted it positioned and Andy took the time to work out what the options were then took more time to consider other options before finally nailing the replacement, it definitely wasn't a simple job but he nailed it, we could not be happier with the level of service!
