We always shop here, but this review is specifically for our last purchase. Wanted to appreciate three lovely staff members: Matt C, Justin and Sandy. They were super nice, kind, friendly and professional. Even though it was Easter Monday evening and they looked really tired, they were patiently helping us with sweet smiles. Justin even carried the bookcase we were buying and helped us putting in the car. Really happy with the customer service Thanks.

the biggest warehouse at the North Shore..they are making changes to the shop layout and everything is mixed, so lucky we got 50% for the yellow tags. Love shopping at the warehouse and grab many cheap bargains..

No one in Tech today, waited 15 minutes, then got re-directed to customer service and got the most rude lady who was no help, lost a decent purchase.

Over this company.. especially Albany. I purchased a washing machine in January it is faulty. I have been in store to ask what I need to do and have been on the phone. This was in June and I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. Every time I am in store nobody can assist me I am probably going to go on until I just can’t be bothered anymore and sit with the faulty machine and money down the drain. I am now going to the consumer act to see what my options are. Warehouse your staff needs some knowledge.. you have a huge customer service section with nobody to help!!!! No service at all. After this lock down I might try again to see if somebody can assist. You never know could be luck of the draw might get someone who would like to follow customer service through.

First time user of click and collect !! Fantastic service from ordering thru to collection... the friendly lady (Jackie ) who rang to say order was ready for collection was extremely helpful explaining the collection process. Well done Warehouse Albany
