Great range of good quality, modern products. Great prices. You csn get everything from clothing, shoes, sporting gear, bikes, some foods and drinks, shoes, hair products, stationary, gardening, kitchen stuff, bedroom stuff, curtains, toys, seasonal stuff for christmas, halloween etc. I love it

Extremely poor customer service. No one answers the phone. I phoned 3 times. I got told the sizing of my ring would take a week. Tmrw is 2 weeks since they have had the item and no one has phoned (and yes I have taken into consideration that weekends aren’t working business days for them).

Im am so disappointed with the customer service of this store. I ordered a product and paid for it including shipping. They never contacted me like they promised when the product arrived. When i followed up with them they said sorry we sent it back. Well thank you for letting me know in the first place that it was there?? And now apparently this porduct is not in any store anymore. To top it all off they didn't want to refund me in the end. Will definitely not shop at your store again. Redicc

Please work on the customer service!! The attitude and moral of the staff is realy bad!! Seems like they don't enjoy being there. Please don't take your bad days out on paying customer's!!

Staff were reasonable, but under pressure. Only took 30 minutes to find the click-and-collect order. So be prepared with some knitting or a book. Only two stars due wait time for a one-box order.
