I brought a sterling silver ring from here a month back and it tarnished slightly, I took it in and the friendly lady working at the jewellery stand was happy to clean and polish it for me. The service here is very nice!

This is a nice warehouse to shop at, feel like they have everything you need here from baby stuff, furniture, clothing, beauty, homewares, some grocery items, footwear and childrens toys. This warehouse also has a good electronics and book section. Parking here is easy, plenty of parking and never an issue getting a space. I do also appreciate that this warehouse is open till 10pm most nights and later than most other warehouse stores. This makes it quite convenient.

Went to purchase a phone as advertised on the website, but no staff on the counter so had to go to the checkout to ask for assistance, finally got some action and asked if everything was in the box they said yes. Got home and found that it was missing something, had to return to get the missing item, once again there was no staff at the same counter, asked at the help desk again where they put a request over the speakers for someone to help me, waited for around 20 mins but no one turned up and no more assistance. Really bad customer service, lacking staff and those that you can see don't want to interact with the customers. Don't go there if you require any help. Went to harvey norman instead and was served straight away

Nice big store, and the staff members are very helpful. They'll try their best to accommodate your needs. If you're looking to refund any items and you paid it with a credit or EFTPOS card just make sure that you bring the same card with you. Parking can be very challenging during busy shopping time as the parking space is shared with other shops.

I know that we're in level 3 but......had a message to go pick up my Click & Collect. Got to the store and was advised that they couldn't get it as their system was down. I get that so I left and was planning to go back there again today. I can imagine the amount of pressure this puts on the staff. However, went on-line to have a look and there was nothing to advise anyone that they couldn't supply at the moment. I haven't received any comms directly in a text or email to advise that I can't get my C&C. Today is the next day. I have been trying to call the store to see if we can pick up our C&C, but no-one is answering the phone and there's nothing online to advise either. There were 10 other people waiting with me yesterday who would be in the same boat and I'm sure multiple people throughout the day. Come on The Warehouse! That's not good enough. At least communicate with us.

Worst customer service ever. The item I tried to purchase did not have a Barcode. the cashier asked me to go fetch the barcode myself despite being infront of the computer When I got back the cashier was already serving someone else and wanted me to wait when I asked him why was he trying to serve someone else he kept denying it. I would not recommend this branch at all
