Brought a 10kg washing machine, within 2 days, it faulted & was showing error codes. Called the manager Abigail who ensured me the machine would be replaced if I brought the machine in as it was only 7 days old. Arranged a van & brought the machine back only to be refused a replacement by Nadia & Tina & advised it will go for repair!! Customer service has no idea of the consumers guarantee act & continually bounced from person to person as no one knew about a solid process. Still no resolution. Don't bother buying appliances from here.

I went to collect and order and arrived one hour before closing hour. THE STAFF HAD DECIDED TO LEAVE ONE HOUR EARLY SO THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME MY ORDER. They were there, saw me and didn't bother at all. How can you run a place and treat customers like that? I'll have to send someone to pick it up as I work during week days and advise them to go early as the staff might decide to leave early again!

Appalling Customer Service, wish I could give 0 stars. Went to buy Gumboots with a 10 year old. Approached staff member for help, the lady in the isle was doing price ticketing….she didn’t bother listening to me when I requested again for size 6 shoes, she literally threw pair of shoes at us….what kind of customer service is this, both me and my daughter were shocked and stressed at her behavior. I asked for Manager no one came to see me….. I hope this is reaches the Customer Service Manager, customer services set aside, at least teach their staff some etiquette to deal with customers.

No time to serve customer !! Visited this branch today to buy some stuff (added picture). There were probably 5-7 staff on floor, who were busy taking pictures together. We waited on open counter to be served until one of them asked us to use self service machine as they were not free. (Wasn’t serving customer but taking pictures with each other ) . I left the trolley there and going to buy stuff from somewhere customer service is being valued. Not going to visit again.
