Compared to the Kmart next door, the Warehouse is a lot more spacious, less crowd, great layout, and easier to find stuffs. However, I think the products are slightly more expensive and inferior, but still good for the values.

Pretty good actually! Really wish The Warehouse stores that are local to me (West Auckland) were this good! Lots of stock and large, clean store which doesn't look like a relic from the 90s like my local does.

Did a click and collect order online for convenience and they only gave me half my order. Didn't know till I got home so now I have to return. Terrible customer service from the guy with glasses on the service counter too.

This Warehouse is slightly different from a lot of the other ones that I have been in - namely, that it is spacious and better thought out compared to the others. There is heaps of stuff on offer, though, and the Warehouse has started stocking tech gadgets and electronics - which, personally, are not that great. They tend to be more Chinese variants and even though they are getting better, they still do not exactly evoke a lot of confidence from most customers. Other than that, there's plenty to browse and get stuck into!

Thanks to the "store manager" (thats what he called himself) Graham yesterday with his argumentative reminder that the customer is not always right and insistence that I will NOT get what I want when trying to get a refund for items in perfect condition purchased the day before for less than 100. Of course I found someone competent in the end, but its nice to find a store manager who enjoys a petty, loud fight with their customers for half an hour over. I can highly recommended Graham if you have some time to waste on a Sunday.

Biggest store I think I've been to. Because it's located in the mall it is easy to do all round shopping. The warehouse usually has what your looking for plus some. The staff are easy going and they FINALLY fixed their fridges at the front by the counters. They also have self service which is a bonus when you're in a rush
