I walked in expecting to make an appointment for next week! staff were exceptional. Receptionist was helpful and caring from start to finish, he was great. The nurse I saw was so nice, really listened, even late on a Sunday avo, really showed such care! Dr Rebecca i also can't recommend enough. Empathetic, down to earth and helpful, amazing friendly doctor! I wish I'd caught names of receptionist and nurse, Thank you team at 3 kings medical centre!

Rude and uncaring receptionist when we tried to see a Dr (not COVID related) - I totally understand that with COVID health professionals have a huge amount of pressure on them. But a little bit of kindness and caring goes along way. Told by receptionist wait was over 2 hours (which I do appreciate) but she obviously wanted us out of there. When I asked where I should go, as my Daughter had a heart condition and if I should go straight to hospital, she said yes if I wanted to. Would not recommend this A&E service.

Great clinic with wide range of experienced, caring medical personnel. I have been going here for years and have always been looked after extremely well. Yes the waits can be a bit long at times but as mentioned before it is also an A&E and the receptionists can be under a lot of pressure prioritising those requiring immediate attention which is something that we cannot all see. We are very lucky to have this fantastic facility within our neighborhood.

I came to this centre for the first time yesterday and prior to coming I wasn't sure what to expect due to some mixed reviews below. I was however pleasantly surprised. I came to the centre around 7pm with a spider bite and was seen almost right away by the doctor and then nurse (who did a fantastic job talking me through the procedure and getting me booked in for more treatments the following days). Upon visiting again today I was treated promptly and by more nurses who did a wonderful job (albeit painful). Everyone I have encountered has been very kind, reassuring and knowledgeable. To me, they seem to be doing a great job considering the number of patients who come in daily and as anywhere else, I am sure they appreciate patience and understanding from everyone who needs their help.

Thanks to the team for seeing me late Sunday, very welcoming from the pleasant guy at the front Desk, Elle the nurse was brilliant, gave me a tetanus shot with a smile and I didn’t even know she had stuck the needle in, Dr John was accurate and nice. Was actually a very nice experience

This is a wonderful A and E. Been coming here for years. Love the new set up for registered patients with appointments. Reception are very busy and always professional. If you do not have an appointment then I expect long waits and understand there is a triage system. Well done to all staff as I understand the pressure you can all be under.

First time calling, the receptionist told me to hold the line, I held it for 3 mts. Then I hung up. First impression itself is worse.
