What fantastic service! If you want friendly advise on your renovations then go to the Tile Depot Albany. We initially went for tiles now we have gone back for flooring because the service is so good. Friendly staff who are more than happy to help. Will have no hesitation is spreading the word about this wonderful team.

Very good service and advice in store when choosing our tiles. After installation service was even better. We had an issue with smeared hard to clean tiles immediately after installation. Tile depot Albany didn't hesitate to visit our home and sort a quick and easy solution. Very impressed. Thanks

Terrible experience. Wasted a lot of our time and with giving us 2nd grade tiles at full price. No compensation offered either.

Two stars for the assortment in offer however overall service was piss poor. Two staff on hand and we were the only ones in the store. Spent a good 15-20 mins looking at tiles while they stood watching and talking. Only asked if we wanted any help as we left the store - useless. Will spend our time and money elsewhere.

A Decent sized warehouse with plenty of parking out front . Walking into the showroom there are literally dozens of racks with tiles laid out by use . Wall , Ceiling , Outdoors etc . We were able to navigate through the store with ease . We also were impressed with the consumables they had in stock . Pallets of grout mixes , sealants and tile cutting machines . They really do cater for the tiler here . Service was good and the tiles we are looking at at literally 1/2 the price of the Tile Warehouse and Tile Solutions.
