Very unhappy and appalled at service received regarding a warranty and product replacement when we raised this with the retailer. We were emailed that our tile cutter will be replaced with a NEW one under warranty. And to our SURPRISE when we got replacement cutter its was an OLD USED cutter. Absolutely would NOT recommend this company as their products apparently don’t match their descriptions or samples and their customer service is non existent. Total waste of money and time.
