Probably the best customer service I have had in a while. Went in on the weekend and you could just tell the staff had a genuine interest in helping us. Mel who I believe is the manager was incredibly helpful and so kind. You could tell she really loved what she does. We walked away with two pairs of shoes but not once felt pressured to buy them! Thanks heaps to the team!

The worst customer service ever. I bought a pair of shoes for my friend as a gift and I asked the guy working there that if my friend dose not like them Can I exchange or do refund and he replied yes you can. The next day when We went there, my friend doesn’t like any shoes there so we asked for a refund and they said they can’t give refund as their company policy. I told them That I already asked the guy yesterday. They said may b its a miscommunication. Overall it was so disappointing and the Manager was also not at all good at solving the issue. I found her little rude. I would have give them 0 stars if I could.

Had the best shopping experience at this store. Staff were very patient, I tried 8 pairs of shoes, and a few shirts Staff were knowledgeable and offered great suggestions. Boots i purchased are amazing and highly recommended this product and store.

Terrible sales people. Bought some boots at full price - decided it was NOT the best for hiking and came back for a refund. It's not offered so they recommended me some hiking boots. I bought them and they assured me that they were good. I've never been in so much pain from shoes. They never did break in because they didn't fit the sides of my feet. These sales people will say anything for a sale and said everything was perfect. The original pair of shoes would have not been suitable at all - my boyfriend did try them out and they look terrible and it has snagged in a lot of places- NOT for hiking. I don't know why the sales people said it would be fine. Both pairs belong in the bin after less than 6 months.

One guy here who told us he's a plumber by trade has the best customer service at this store. We felt like we were looked down on by the other storekeepers because of the way we were dressed at the time. We left the store with 2 pair of boots, 1 pair being limited editions. Thanks to that guy
