My partner went here this morning to buy food from here and was turned away apparently no one knew how to work the till , that’s fine so he went to get exact cash and was locked out completely, none of the staff even came to the door to explain why it was locked during opening hours and just stood from afar shouting out things this is totally unprofessional! While I’m here let’s share critique so you may better yourselves keep hot and cold food separately always check the display areas are clean tidy presentable with fresh produce staff need to use PPE always while handling food always uphold a high standard of hygiene service and communication. All that being said diligently look after the community like we look after your business

Good food always enjoy fresh fish and chips with my raw fish
Always yummy good value packs, raw fish, fried bread and really nice staff. Once we were near to closing and they gave us the extra bag of fried bread for free! They didn’t want it to get wasted.
I love getting Kai here today was kutai rewai in burnt butter garlic ginger onion nd coriander sauce all made with love at home.. Plus we got special 4 nd 4 fish burgers
Definitely coming back for more lol don't worry their fish don't smell gross like other places
