This is a great barber. Full of friendly staff & talented barbers. As with most barbers in Auckland central they get very busy so be prepared to wait if you are doing a walk-in. They do have a booking service though which is amazing. Just access it through their website.

First time visit at this place and got stuck with Caleb. Not complaining. He is the man. He's got knowledge, great communication & mean skills. Everyone was friendly as inside - the place needs to get featured more.

I went into the shop on the 3rd March, after not having a haircut for 6 months because I was overseas and wanted to be loyal to Tokoya. My hair was medium/long and I wanted it to be shorter on the sides and I was fine with the fade up from a number 4. It's just the top of the hair that was cut way to short for my liking. I asked not to have too much cut off the top because I wanted to keep the length, but the guy cut over half of the length on the top. I couldn't tell the guy because I wear glasses and couldn't really see how much he was actually cutting off. He never showed me how much either. It's a really good haircut if I wanted it short, and the fade is excellent and what I expect from Tokoya. So that's why I gave it the extra star from a one. I guess I will just need to wait until my hair grows a bit longer to the length that I wanted it to be. The barber was Caleb
