I have literally been struggling to get a package and information related to it since 5 days. They say delivery was attempted on Thursday. I call em up and then they reply the driver couldn't find your address. Call them up again the next person says the driver couldn't find parking. So I was like alright when will it be delivered? They say latest by Monday. Then I call them up today to confirm that the parcel would arrive today. The guy on the line mentions he would have to check with the other department. I'm surprised at the way they run a logistics company without any logic attached to their processes. I hope that they deliver this package asap as I Need it. Looking at the reviews here it seems like this is going to fall on deaf ears and blind eyes but they deserve it.

I use toll to send packages to my customers. I deliver them directly to the Kerikeri branch and find the staff there good to deal with. Toll is up for sale now so perhaps we can expect the new owners to rectify some issues shown here below in the reviews. Touch wood I haven't had any complaints about their freight forwarding as of yet..

Picked up my parcel. Place easy to find, customer parking and quick service, in and out.

This has by far got to be the worst courier services company in NZ. They have no customer care by the looks of it, calls are unanswered for hours even though it says maximum wait time is 10mins. Parcel tracking does not work and on top of that the store we bought the items from said that toll has informed of "attempted delivery at 5.30am" this morning - something odd with that timing? and security cams do not show any attempt of delivery at all. Businesses should not use this service at all as it lets them down and creates a lot of stress for customers.

Unfortunately Cotton On insists on using Toll as their courier service and they are the slowest and most unprofessional couriers operating. They mark packages attempted delivery when the driver runs out of time that day and turns around to go back to the depot, they don’t operate on Saturday unlike other courier companies or NZ Courier Post and they don’t update their tracking until after the event. I could drive to Auckland and pick up the items quicker, NZ isn’t a large country — your service is disappointing.

Shows attempted delivery yet no such attempt made. I have camera surveillance and motion detection. In my case the truck did not even enter drive way. This seems to be the trend with drivers that aren't efficient yet trying to fill their quotas. But the 1 star comes from actually witnessnessing these people slacking off and being completely apathic to parcels at the Onehunga depo! You guys need an overhaul of work ethic and customer service contact to sort out this business in Auckland

Dangerous drivers. Steer clear.
