Purchased a white matt vanity and tap ware. looks fantastic and prices were well positioned for the quality of the products. Dealt with Stepahnie who was knowledgable and very helpful. Would highly Recommend.

The absolute worse experience I have ever had with a professional company. On first glance the service is great atleast I thought it was when I ordered four bathroom lots of bath wear! Until things got delivered! - wrong Vanity delivered! I ordered 4 stone top vanities - i recieved 3 plus one plastic vanity - arrived at my new build and the vanities were installed withthe wrong colour trimmings for all the draws- black Instead of the chrome i ordered! - i ordered 6 wall mounted tap wear for my sleek stone top benches AND i recieved ONE OF THE correct tops with three bench tops with ready made faucet holes! When my taps are wall mounted as discussed with their sales person! - upon delivery you guys places my one stone Bath in the middle of the house and the other in the garage, causing another day of delays when you recieved the plans and knew where to place them! You took another couple of days to get your guys to place them in the right location because my builders didnt to touch your work and because it needed four men to move on bath! Your poor communication upon going to resolve this issue has been very stressful and very poor. You claim your sales person is overseas and you not sure who to believe but YOU have so many things wrong in one simple order WhICH WE DISCUSSED MANY TIMES and confirmed these many times ! Its Tuesday and I am due to move in on friday with 4 inncompleted bathrooms in A new house and you claim i should install the bathwear withthe holes until you figure out the problem on your side! Extremely unprofessional ! Disapointed in your service and I wouldnt wish for anyone to use your poor unreliable service'
