Disgusting communication! We paid in full and there has been no coms around the install date!!! They were so fast to arrange a meeting, however the moment full payment was paid we have heard nothing! I wish I could give a -5 rating! We were given a 4-6 week timeline, two months later, still waiting! We've been ringing their landline and no luck, its not like we've paid 15 its 15,000. We should've trusted our gut instinct and went with Archgola!!!! IF THERE WAS A DELAY, HAVE COMMON COURTESY AND CONTACT YOUR CLIENTS! BE TRANSPARENT!!!

After many attempts to get these guys to fix a problem we have with one of their awnings and no further communications from them either by phone or email since early Dec 2019. I am beginning to think this company has done a runner. The 0800 number just clicks off and yet the Website says they are open. Also other phone numbers we have are just not being answer. If you are thinking of awnings go else where

Really poor service all round. After 3 weeks of no contact post our ‘quote’, we followed up twice requesting the actual costings. With no further contact, naturally we’ve taken our business elsewhere. How can you run a business like this? We’re literally trying to give you our money...

2017. After the initial discussions of what I needed(rain protection for dog). The guys installed it. The cover gave zero, zip, no protection, the deck was soaked. We agreed on a fix, but I had to pay more on a very expensive product. The water overflowed from the guttering and dropped down onto the deck. The down pipe was left draining onto the ground, not connected to the storm water.that caused issues with the neighbours.I could go on. Moral of story, do your homework get council consents , don’t rely on what your told by sales people.

i have two medium and large awnings fitted. The guys installing them did an awesome job, and kept me informed on what they were doing and why. They look fabulous I am so so happy with them. Unfortunately, there seems to be a gap somewhere that when it rains, the rain pours down one side of the metal frame. After emailing and not receiving a response, I called the office to explain what was happening. I was told to check if the pelmit was under the metal something. I explained I wasn't sure what she meant and that if possible could the experts come back and check it out rather than me trying to guess. I AM not happy with the lady on the phones who swore at me, and then hung up. THAT WAS AFTER LISTENING TO HER COMPLAIN ABOUT OTHER STAFF AND THAT THEIR NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM WAS USELESS, AND ASKING WHO SHE REPORTED TO. I have tried to see who owns the company but cannot be sure. This is the only was I can let the Company know of the type of person they have fronting their fabulous business.
