I’ve been getting treatment from Sam for over a year now. I’d had a mastectomy and reconstruction April 2018. It’s made a huge difference to my arm mobility, scar tissue and surrounding tissue appearance. I’m so pleased to have met her and been able to get the relief from her expertise. She’s definitely my go to lady!

Amazing, anyone with scars needs to check these guys out. After one session I was able to sleep comfortably on my tummy for first time in over 2 years. After seeing several professionals about a painful scar who all told me it looked great, Sam was the first person to tell me it looked terrible and that she could help me get some relief which she has. Thanks so much, Very professional and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.
Sam is a wonderful TRE therapist and lymphatic specialist, with amazing knowledge about the mind and body connection. Always feel like I’m walking on a cloud after her sessions. Can’t recommend her enough to my friends and family. Thank you Sam xx

Sports therapy massage and acupuncture Chiropractor next door, then massage, next will be acupuncture. Totally recommend this team of professionals. One stop shop! I could hardly walk, Camal fixed the bones, now Sarah is getting the muscles right, next acupuncture for the ringing ears.
I was very skeptical about my visit, but by the end of the treatment I had completely changed my mind. The benefits to my body were almost immediate, I felt lighter and the tension just seemed to melt away. I would definitely recommend seeing Sam and I am really looking forward to my next appointment.
