I would highly recommend the team at Transworld! My husband & I were assisting a friend with her move to France after she was unable to travel home due to covid, the team at Transworld made the whole process so smooth and easy. Their communication was excellent and they provided some of the best customer service I have experienced. On the day of the move there was a lot more than the packers were expecting, but they worked tirelessly and without complaint to get the job done. I wouldn't hesitate to use Transworld for any move in the future.

I was greatly impressed by the services provided by Transworld International Removals in helping us move permanently from Auckland to London. The service was fast and efficient from the point of providing highly competitive quotes for the removal, keeping to timelines, packing of good and the invoicing/payments process. The branch manager Melissa, was easy to contact and kept us briefed at every step of the process. Full marks for effective communication. The staff that came to pack and transport our goods were fast, efficient, highly courteous and well-informed. We have been given estimated dates for the arrival on the goods in the UK, which coincides with our own arrival dates in the UK. I would highly recommend the company, especially for long distance overseas moves.

I had the best experience using this company for moving my things from NZ to Singapore, having used multiple companies before for various international moves this was by far the easiest one to deal with and they went above and beyond to help me when I was remote and unable to call them for something. Absolutely appalling service. ALL of my most precious pieces of furniture were either broken or irreparably damaged. The men who did the moving were careless and dismissive about the terrible damage they caused. Do NOT use this company if you care about your possessions. Please forget the things if u send it with them , 4 time cancellation,when I asked they can’t control the ship , good answer, waiting since January, stuck in Australia with nothing spending money every day because I trust them , My friend shipped same time and he received a month ago I got 2 kids under 3 and my 90% households shipped all nearly new . Now I am buying everything for new house , I did my car shipment and received 3 weeks ago only took 5 days to reach 1 day to clear from port . They are based in Auckland @theshippers and offered me the household shipping but sue from Transworld who came fist so I gave to her Now we are struggling here . Please don’t trust them very bad service. I can provide you more details.
