Great service. Really friendly and polite staff. Also they do a quite efficient job so the waiting times are pretty short. I'll definitely choose to go back there in case I need it.
Had such a great experience with my 12 week pregnancy scan, which has been taken by lovely Russian lady who was so kind and knowledgeable, had a chat with a couple of receptionists as well they were super friendly, ohh and received a photos of baby as soon as I left the clinic. Great service!
Actual closing time differs from website. ***closes 5.45pm*** When calling the message on the phone system says that no appointment is required for an XRAY "simply visit our site with your Doctors referral" "see our website for a list of opening times" The website advised us that the closing time is 6pm. Google also has the closing time as 6pm. However, they actually close at 5.45pm Our Doctor had asked us to get an urgent XRAY, we looked up an XRAY business that was open after 5pm (leaving ourselves room for traffic) and saw TRG closed at 6pm. After driving for an hour we arrived at 5.45pm, when we were told by the receptionist that they don't see clients in the last 15 mins of the day "its company policy to hold the last 15 mins of the day for AE patients only" and "we tell clients this when they ring in" - There were no other clients in the facility. The door was open and their was no signage to advise client of their early close. The receptionist was disingenuous in her dealing with us and was not concerned at all at the inconvenience caused and told us to return the next day. We went to a competing business - we were in and out the door in 6 mins. They advised us that sometimes they run past their closing time due to the AE patients. Maybe TRG could take the same philosophy onboard around their closing times - or update their website to reflect the times that the stop seeing walk in clients. With no clients on site TRG you had the space to accommodate our 6 min appointment, so I am truly struggling to see why you would turn away a paying patient to allow your staff to sit for 15 mins with no work for "just in case" a situation arises with the neighboring AE during that timeframe. I contacted Head Office to provide our feedback, but as yet the Area Manager/Site Manager has not been returned my call.

Been here 2 times, friendly staff and good service
The team here is absolutely great with service but the problem is the availability of getting an appointment, I have to wait for 3 weeks to get one which is shocking. The management needs to have a look at this. I know you may be busy with other patients but thats no excuse to keep someone waiting for so long especially when they are in pain.
