With my mum being slightly nervous to begin with, we talked her in to having her hearing checked. Right from going through the door and making a time to have her hearing checked, She was put at ease by the receptionist. When it came time for her appointment I went along with her and also experienced the friendly staff. During the test Lara explained each step and talked us through the results. My mum was shocked to find out how bad her hearing really was. When it came time to collect the hearing aids. Lara set them up and paired them with mums phone and showed her how to put them in, take them out and how to maintain them. Since she received the hearing aids she hasn't looked back. She is totally enjoying everything she has been missing out on.

I've never had a hearing test done but I was urged by a friend to have a look into it as I use to help my dad's business a bit with construction. I found Jay to be really helpful and professional in explaining the process/outcome of the test. I'll know where to go to in the future.

I don't usually write reviews but I had a great experience with Jay at Triton. I've been to 2 other Audiologists and either their testing was inaccurate or they didn't explain what they were doing. Jay was very patient and gave me informative advice to allow me to make my own decisions. Would 100% recommend if you need any hearing testing.

My mother and I have been really impressed with the service that Jay has provided my father. Unfortunately Dad's memory is not what it was but we now feel that we know how to work his various devices. We are also aware of what we need to do to maintain them in working order. Since Jay's explanation, I appreciate just how severe my father's hearing loss is. It feels good to know that we can be helping him to maximize the little hearing that he still has.
