We bought a dog run 2.3x2.3x1.2m with a tarpaulin roof. Our dog love it. We were able to put it together in 2 hours. My husband, my son and I did it well :D . The instructions were a bit not that easy but we group the parts that are alike together to know which is which then started the assembly from there. ONLINE sales staff were great in assisting me!

I bought a bar stool and an office desk from them. When i opened the boxes after getting home, not only did i found that they gave me the wrong size bar stool, the paint of stool is all flaky... After i put the desk together, i also found there is a lot of chip marks on the desk top as well as poor workmanship of the laminate, they are not even glued down properly.. What's more shocking is that when i went back with the wrong and faulty stool, there was no apologies or acknowledgement what so ever, it's sad to see such poor quality product and customer service.

I have recently bought a Stand Up Paddle board through GrabOne. It arrived quickly however the pump is faulty and I have had numerous back and forward emails and messages wanting videos. Have sent this three times and now they want the pump back for their 'technical' team to test. The actual product is very poor quality for the 325 it cost and don't believe they can repair the pump. It should just be replaced or refund the whole product. I would never buy from this company again!

Bought a weighted blanket and a mattress topper, I'm very happy with both! The showroom/ordering process left a lot to be desired but I believe they are currently renovating which temporarily made the process more complicated than it needed to be - the showroom and warehouse are down the road from each other, the showroom didn't have the items we wanted to check out etc. However if you were just ordering online and then going to pick up your item, that would be a fine experience, staff are friendly and efficient, quality of product is fantastic

Worse experience buying online EVER! I've purchased a bed frame on the 8th of March, they never delivered my bed I gave me all kinds of excuses. After my first contact they said I asked to change my adress, then they said my bed was delivered, but no it wasn't delivered. After that they apologised for the confusion and said my bed wasn't delivered because my payment wasn't cleared. I emailed them showing my payment proof. Today is 3rd of April and I'm still sleeping in a mattress on the floor. THAT'S A SHAME⁸

I have bought quite a few items through TSB and they have been quick to ship and quality of the items has been excellent. We did have an item broken upon arrival, but they were quick to resolve the issue and exchange it. Customer Service, speed, price and quality is why we keep coming back and pass on their website info to family and friends.
