Service was fairly good despite the wait times, but can someone please clean the waiting seats. It look s like it's never been cleaned at all in ages.

Arrived at 11:45am for 12:40pm biometrics collection appointment. Arrived early to be on the safe side and told to take a seat. 12:37pm got called to counter to make payment and receive a number for order to be seen despite having an appointment time. Staff gave me a form with Turn around Time analysis sheet with incorrect information. They have me down as arriving at 12:37pm for 12:40pm. They obviously manipulating the data to highlight false and misleading stats to cover up their lengthy delays and poor service in order to carry on this contract with the Australian Government. Time now is 13:01pm and still waiting.

At the door you can see the sign, 'appointment only'. If I need an appointment why did I wait 1 hour 15 minutes for getting a number for biometric and on the top of this 1 hours 30 minutes until my biometric was being done. If I count 15 minutes of my early arrival, I waited 3 hours for this application. Processing time was all together 10 minutes. They make you wait 3 hours for 10 minutes job. What's the point of having appointment if I have to wait 3 hours. Honestly why do we get appointment for? or if we need an appointment maybe say that 'get appointment but come 3 hours after your appointment time'. Ridiculous service (nothing was wrong with the people who works there, problem is their wrong system) So many kids crying, dirty, gross...

Not quite sure why you need to make an appointment if they only see you an hour later... maybe they should lengthen their appointment slots to not have such backlogs. Either way, not impressed.

Such bad service at the reception desk. The Indian lady just talks like your mother by issuing command to you and commanding you what you should to do and what is wrong. Beyond that, I arrived on time of my appointment but this place is horrible on managing their time, left me waiting for nearly an hour and it seems that every single one have waited very long time. I believe this business never washes their waiting seat. It looks just disgusting just take a look at the photo I attached!
