I bought a Renovator Transformer Ladder just over two years ago. Product is very good. But that is where it stops. I can only agree with a lot of other comments, their customer service and freight of products is absolutely terrible. I have been trying to buy a part for the renovator transformer that I have lost. I asked for someone to ring me ( never happened). Sent an email to customer service. Response was send a picture of the part, which I did. Never had a reply. Sent another two emails, still waiting. At this stage I definitely would not buy from them again.
I recently made 2 purchases from TV shop(no problem with the products or delivery time) originally it was supposed to be 1 order, but I had to make it into 2 orders because of the outrageous Shipping fee. I thought the Items were coming from the Australia at the price I was charged. I live not far from Avondale actually and wanted to know why the shipping was so much, and how it 's calculated?
I like to shop from Tvshop Timely delivery and love the products. Wide range of products, right from cosmetics to every single essential or luxurious items. Good offers and nice plans they provide, making it easy to do more shopping
NEVER BUY unless you are really sure that you want the product!! It is such expensive and hard journey returning products. The staff are very unhelpful... ended up dealing with customer support who failed to follow through..i.e.they apparently arranged a courier pickup but forgot to inform so we were not home for that️. What we learned is that you can view most products at The warehouse and Kiwi Express couriers will pickup your return.
Had some wonderful caring service from a call center gentleman over the phone today, put my faith back in humanity. Thank you again Jamie Pleasant Point
appalling customer service i bought a bowflex trainer from them and about a month later they kept phoning asking for payment even though the payment had been made ,completely unacceptable behaviour from what is suppose to be a quality retail outlet,if i could give them no stars i would their customer service team could do with english lessons also ,i would advise anybody not to buy anything from these people ,its not worth the trouble and hassle,got to be my worst shopping experience ever
I was so close to completing my phone order for this fish seeker until they asked me for the pin number of my visa card which the bank don’t want anyone else to know. It would be grate if we could order online instead of getting a call asking for all personal details plus my card number and pin which they can easily steal money off.
