I like his customer commitment. I remember coming very last minute when he was closing up because I really needed to change tyre for race day the following day and he referred me to his competition right across the street, he also helped put the tyre on. Ever since then I've been coming back for tyre related stuff. Pricing is pretty reasonable too.
