The least helpful tech support I’ve ever encountered. After an initial diagnostic fee, they quoted me more than I payed for the new device. The next day I found someone who could fully repair my laptop for a fraction of the price. I’m not sure what is going on with these guys but it feels like a stitch up.

Very quick & reliable service, highly recommend. Called in to confirm eligibility of Airpods Pro Repair Program and availability for drop off. Emailed me the progress of the repair and within 3-4 days I have them back up and running like new :)

I found that my laptop was covered by Apple under a rare MacBook screen repair warranty programme so I knew my repair cost would be free! Yes you should backup your data onto a hard drive before taking it into repair just in case. I took my laptop in on a monday, got a call the next day (tuesday) on what would be happening, and it was ready to be picked up on Wednesday afternoon. My whole screen, keyboard and pretty much all external features got replacement and laptop looks nice and new. Extremely fast service in my case and thanks to the Ubertech team and Technicians!
