We have had our X trainer 7 metre pool installed since August 2019. What can you say about the team at Ultimate Pools. The assurances from Jeremy,( Sales), Steve and Warren ( Owners), to the back up of Rainbow, (Operations), all the installation boys, Dev, (shop) and Evan ( Valet), why would you purchase a pool from any other supplier? The quality in manufacture of the pool,and equipment offered as standard or available as an option and prices, are second to none. Even though the Installation was finished in four days, their back up service and assistance is ongoing. The Advantage self cleaning system is a must, no more time wasting cleaning, just more time swimming. I believe a quality asset that I will enjoy for the rest of my life. Murray Wright Mangawahi

Jeremy, Steve, Rainbow and the team at Ultimate Pools provided exceptional service throughout the installation process of our Compass pool. The Compass pools are a fantastic product at good price. Their service was second to none and we have been so pleased with the quality of the pool and the self cleaning system which makes looking after the pool a breeze. We are the envy of all our friends with pools who spend hours cleaning.

Ultimate installed our Pool last year and it was the best decision we have made. The Kids love it and has created quality family time. The team at Ultimate Pools were very professional and Rainbow was a big help navigating the compliance side. We installed the self cleaning model and have been very impressed, very little maintenance required and the pool looks perfect all year around. High quality product and great customer service.
It's fair to say that I'm a researcher... we had all of the major manufactures around to look at our future pool (its a huge investment). Don't waste your time with the other guys.... Ultimate Pools have been fantastic for us. Right from the concept stage to the actual installation I couldn't ask for more. Hugely professional on the install (we had the best guys) and even after the final invoice had been paid they totally looked after us. It's the small things that make all the difference, I rang Jeremy on a Sunday when I was worried about something, he answered the phone straight away and put my mind at ease. We had an installer stay until 8pm to get the pool ready for my daughters birthday! The self cleaning option is incredible, I haven't cleaned the pool in 6 months and it couldn't look better! The pool is absolutely beautiful and we can't wait to enjoy it this summer. Would 100% recommend Ultimate pools!
We couldn’t be happier with Ultimate Pools, the whole process was seamless, from the initial contact and site visit from Jeremy to the drawings and council process from Rainbow and the installation and overview from Steve through to the hand over from Warren, nothing was ever an issue. The communication was second to none and the Vantage self cleaning really does work brilliantly.
