Today it was my second time in your pharmacy and it will be my last.Your customer service is shocking, the worst i have seen in NZ for 23 years.Apart from one lady which acknowledged me, while she was busy with the customer, the other 5 behind the counter laughed and joked and talked between them selves.I walked around the store for 10 min nothing changed.The lady felt embarrassed after while, apologised to her customer that will be back in a minute, went and tried to have someone from the back coming over....with no success.I left and went and gave my 89 dollars somewhere else.I honestly fell bad that i am giving you 1 star.
Disrespectful pharmacists looking down at you while I hold a PHD and he doesn't. Hiked prices. Drive up the road and avoid the staff who are zombied out.
Staff were helpful and led me right to the correct product and demonstrated knowledge of the options.
Great staff. When they ran short on my pills the delivered them for free.
