Great style studio room, all brand new! I live in a standard studio room, from my window I can see the beautiful scene of Auckland domain and even the sea. The room is very cozy and there are many events held by the management team every month. I really feel that this is my home in the foreign country since it brings me not only privacy but also cares from the UniLodge team.

Very handy, many facilities for the students.very nice receptionist ladies.it includes activities and there is many discount for the residents there for joining festival or parties. There's good kitchen in the ground floor where you can share your cooking experience and big lodge will big screen for the movies and music as well as ping pong table to play. The room is really small but it's self-contained unit it has bathroom, small kitchen ,small fridge and TV. You will have your big disc and chair with a single bed. The bed is really small but comfortable. There's heater but not enough in cold weather. The rent price is expensive and no parking places is limited and you should pay extra for the parking. Many students there and it's really noisy.

When you rent a jaw dropping price property, you would expect a better quality in there. The room basically is built for the hobbit. It's so ultra tiny even for a studio. The gym room is utter trash, putting a few piece of treadmill doesn't make that room to be fitness room. I do not understand what's point of having dumbbells when they don't even bother to get a bench. The gym is a shame and waste of space. Since the campus has a recreation center, I'd turn this into something more useful if I were the management. Lastly, the picture on the website is highly deceptive. The only good thing about here is the kitchen and common area. It's luxury enough to fetch the price.

Lovely room although a little bit small. Contains everything you need (electricity, water and Internet). Great customer service especially the front desk can speak Chinese. Have a longe and kitchen where I can share my time with my friends.

Had an issue with the room when I first moved in. After quite a frustrating process of showing the issue, they were kind enough to switch my room. I like that it's pretty cosy in the studio room, has a kitchen, bathroom, enough space to put all my items and a pretty decent view. They have a laundry room, gym, recreation space and a communial kitchen at ground and basement levels. There would sometimes be residential events held and there's also a sharing system for vacuums. Would sometimes go to the basement gym here but it's pretty small and does not have all the equipment, so I just go to this gym for a quick exercise. If I have time, I would go to the University's Recreation Centre (gym) instead as it's a 10-min walk and the membership is included in our rent.
