Called up and got a glass panel replaced over a month ago... today i get a call from the owner, "returning my call" ,i said what, your guys already done the job. Its done. His guy did it, A MONTH AGO. That was a month ago. I then got into an argument with him about whether or not i called a few days earlier. He told me i have my days confused. That i was wrong and that i HAD called. Because the potato head said his dad wrote a note in the the appointment book. I dont know what they are glazing down there but it seems like theyre glazing themselves. I dont even know what to say, im scratching my head. I think this guys actually cooked. He doesnt know what ways up.

These guys know there stuff and are easy to deal with
We noticed one of your vehicles driving recklessly , and were not able to get the rego due to his erratic driving. I attempted to report this to the company with details of where and when it occurred but I was met with “if you don’t have more details what do you you want me to do about it?”. Essentially dismissing a courtesy call to advise them that they may want to speak with their drivers regardless as wreck less driving in a company vehicle does not send a great message. Never done business with them but now I certainly never will.
Top quality work and were able to get my job done in a timeframe nobody else could accommodate. Very helpful and friendly guys who also added value beyond my shower install. Highly recommended.
