Took my note 8 there for a quick fix, screen replacement. Came back a couple days later and it was good, the people there are responsive, and will answer your calls. The phone screen cover is also put nicely.

So today I received the most amazing service from a big tall gentleman at the Sylvia Park branch he was very friendly and got the job done quickly he repaired my phone early last year and my phone has just needed to be repaired again after the last time he fixed it. He obviously did a great job the last time for my phone to last this long. He definitely does a great job and I will highly recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you for the great service big fuller!

EB Games recommended them to me for a 5 service to apply my tempered glass protector on my Nintendo Switch. While they were really good and instantly quick to apply it without any dust between the screen, they didn't take the most precision in trying to get the edges applied well unlike the EBGames clerk who showed me hers which looked way better. Oh well, at least it's probably better than I could do it dust wise.

Rudest and hostile service I have ever received. The guy had time to be on his phone but not serve customers. I’ve walked past this shop a number of times and regardless of seeing this man on the phone constantly I decided to go and check it out and I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. The owner obviously doesn’t care about his business as he has done nothing about it, as the employee has continued to show this sort of behaviour. Rest assured I will be going to retail management about this. Sincerely Chris

Visited Universal phone repairs this morning, I was after a case as I’m traveling overseas. The tall gentleman asked numerous questions about my phone cover needs. I stated I wanted space in my pockets as I don’t want to carry to much while traveling. He showed me a few options and fitted my phone to all covers so I could get a feel for it. I found a leather case that carries my cards so they’d be no use for my wallet. The gentleman noticed a crack on my current glass protector, advised I should get this replaced too. He also cleans my phone. I was very greatful as he spent time showing me what options I had. Highly recommend this place.
