Built around 2007, have very good insulations, and live-in building manager. He's good, but occasionally his quirk came out. If you like to have paper-based newspaper to your mailbox then you're out of luck - as there's no way for the delivery person to came in - unless you want to be woken up between 4a-6a to let the delivery person to come in.
