Booked a luggage trailer and was only informed of unavailability on the pick up day. The lady said she will find out from other company and get back to me. Never heard of her again. I had to scramble to get one on Easter weekend.

The car was fine, the price was great but the pickup at the airport was terrible. First the pickup location was incorrect, make sure you explicitly tell them domestic or international terminal. And they told me the wrong door to go out of. if you are arriving at the domestic airport go out door 9/10 and walk straight do not listen to their instructions.

Very very bad experience. Book luggage trailer 4 days prior to our Christmas holydays and went there to pickup at 8 am on 26th Dec to start our road trip for 3 days but guy said they don't have trailer and can't arrange anything.even on the ph customer service lady was not much helpfull either. Waste my 3 hours in auckland to find another luggage trailer. not recommend to overseas customer who want a Hassel free rental hire otherwise last minute frustration as per my experience. I would give 0 star but have to give 1 No option

Hired one of their small trucks over three days to move collect gear from Northland and transport it to Franklin before returning truck to the Airport. All went very smoothly, no surprises, service friendly and accurate, and we saved a fair bit of cash compared to others we looked at. Will certainly use again, thank you.

I used a rental car and was accused of using illegal substances in the car that was assigned to me, the girl at the office said she could smell pot which was not the case and had other people smell the car as well and they said they could barely smell anything I used the car to go a funeral which makes things more upsetting to me and i used and an email address that sounds dubious until you know the meaning behind it because I was a chef/ kitchen hand I used an email address that she read into incorrectly and so the drama begins. To be fair everything was good until the car was returned and so the saga goes on, what ever happened to the customer or end user is right anyway that's my deal with usave rentals until further notice ps I mite have left and an empty can of Woodstock in the car but I hope not
